Once you login you will find the order number and see what the status is currently.
An Unfulfilled status is the most common because it basically is a potluck of things. It is unfulfilled from when you order it until when we ship it. This status is the most frustrating because it literally gives you zero information. We know that. You can call us if you need specific information. 877-77-VINYL (yes that is really our phone number)
A Fulfilled status means we already ship this out. Now do not get that confused with the USPS/UPS/FEDEX has the box yet. You know they don't care about packages, at all; this simply means we put a shipping label on the box and we have finished it. When you see a Fulfilled status you can be sure we already gave your box a tracking number. No order leaves any of our facilities globally, without valid tracking.
Once your order has tracking you can be sure it will be with USPS/UPS/FEDEX soon enough but there may be a delay from our labeling to showing on their website. They are lazy. Like teenager, clean your room, lazy. We give USPS/UPS/FEDEX our boxes daily, sometimes twice. But they are going to take their sweet time to do anything about it. It will eventually show up on their website. HINT: If we send you a tracking number by email after 330pm your timezone, it is a good guess it won't show on their website until tomorrow mid day (330-530pm) as our parcel pickup times are around 330pm.
